A 20-person distributor knew time was leaking somewhere. Mapping the operation pointed straight at payment follow-up.

The situation
A 20-person pharmaceutical distributor. Orders, deliveries and billing all ran, but the owner could feel hours disappearing every week without being able to point at where.
What we did
We mapped the operational flows end to end: how orders arrive, who touches them, how invoices go out, and what happens after.
What we found
The owner named payment follow-up as the core pain, and the map backed it up. Chasing overdue invoices was manual, inconsistent, and eating time that should have gone to customers.
What happens next
An automated accounts-receivable follow-up is now being built.
Our stake: the build uses FollowUpWell, a Magic Pixels product. We disclose that here, as we do in every X-Ray.
This case study is a short draft and will be expanded as the work completes.
